How each channel becomes a 0–100 score

sᶜ(xₜ) = 100 · exp(−k · d(xₜ))
d(xₜ) = max(0, xₜ − hi, lo − xₜ) / (L − hi)

For each channel, readings inside the target band [lo, hi]score 100. Excursions decay exponentially toward 0 at the hard limit L. v1 uses k = 2.30 (10× decay at the hard limit). Readings older than the channel's stale-threshold produce s = nulland trigger reweighting, always disclosed in the report.
